Franks handed immediate Boro recall

AFTER being handed the all-clear after suspected appendicitis, Jonathan Franks has been asked to play in a three-pronged Middlesbrough attack tonight.[LNB] The young forward missed Saturday's draw with Swansea after being taken into hospital but he has been deemed fit to play at Doncaster.[LNB] Franks has been introduced to a forward line that sees Leroy Lita dropped to the bench after a poor showing against the Swans.[LNB] Boro boss Gordon Strachan also includes Jonathan Grounds in the middle of his defence following the injury sustained to Chris Riggott over the weekend.[LNB] DONCASTER ROVERS (4-3-3): Sullivan; Chambers, O'Connor, Hird, Roberts; Coppinger, Spicer, Wilson; Guy, Heffernan, Sharp.
