Davies - Hands off Earnie
Nottingham Forest manager Billy Davies insists Newcastle and Middlesbrough target Robert Earnshaw has a long-term future at the City Ground.[LNB] The Wales striker came off the subsitutes' bench to score the equaliser in Forest's 1-1 draw at Ipswich on Tuesday night, but afterwards revealed his frustration at failing to secure a place in Davies' starting line-up.[LNB] But Davies told the club's official website: "Robert Earnshaw is here to stay - there's absolutely no chance that we're prepared to let him go anywhere. He's part of the squad that we're developing for the future."[LNB] He added: "In respect of agents and other mischief makers, the message is loud and clear - Robert Earnshaw is staying at Forest. He is very much part of the team here, we're delighted to have him and under no circumstances is he leaving."
