Middlesbrough striker Scott McDonald has described the pressure on clubs in the Championship as "ludicrous" after just two matches played this season.Sheffield United parted company with Kevin Blackwell last weekend, and McDonald is surprised at how quickly clubs are reacting to a poor start.
