Britton eyeing landmark win

Leon Britton is confident he can mark his 300th appearance for Swansea with a victory against Middlesbrough. The diminutive midfielder has become a firm favourite with Swans fans since his move from West Ham in the 2002/03 campaign. And as he prepares for his latest landmark Britton believes Paulo Sousa's side can heap more misery on Boro following their relegation last season. "It's nice to kick-off the first league game at home against a team that has come down from Premier League." Britton told the club's official website. "It's going to be great a occasion, we know it's going to be a tough task as they've kept a lot of their players from the team that got relegated. "They are a talented team, but if we keep to our standards we can come away with a win."
