Boro require patience - Proctor

Middlesbrough's new first team coach Mark Proctor has admitted that changes to the side's style of play will take time to implement.The former under-18s coach, who made 246 appearances for Boro as a player, was promoted when Tony Mowbray arrived as manager in October.
