Boro agree Mido fee

Middlesbrough manager Gareth Southgate hopes to finalise a deal to bring Mido to the Riverside Stadium later this week after agreeing a fee with Tottenham for the Egypt international.
Boro now appear to have won the race to sign the 24-year-old, who was also a target for Sunderland and Birmingham City.
Mido is scheduled to have a medical on Tuesday, and Southgate confirmed to Boro's official website: "We've agreed a fee with Tottenham and that's enabled us to have Mido up to see us and he's currently in the process of having his medical.
"Hopefully if everything goes well, we'll have some news in the next 36 hours.
"All the talks have been very positive and I don't see the medical being too much of a problem for him."
Mido has scored 19 goals in 61 appearances for Martin Jol's side.
Southgate has been keen to sign a new striker after losing Mark Viduka to Newcastle United earlier in the summer.
Yakubu is also being linked with a Riverside exit before the transfer window closes at the end of this month.
