Boro wait on Robson

Middlesbrough boss Tony Mowbray will give midfielder Barry Robson until the last minute to prove he is fit to face Leeds. The Scotland international missed the 3-1 victory at Preston on Tuesday through illness but is rated at 50-50 to return at Elland Road. Mowbray otherwise has no fresh injury concerns as his side attempts to build upon a win which lifted them a point clear of the drop zone. Jonathan Franks (herniated disc) is closing in on a return after getting a brief appearance for the reserves under his belt but Stephen McManus (ankle ligaments), Willo Flood (knee), Rhys Williams (pelvis) and Matt Kilgallon (back) remain on the sidelines.
