Middlesbrough have denied any deal has been agreed to sell goalkeeper Brad Jones. Reports have suggested the Australia international was set to join Liverpool but Boro shot down the claims. "Boro have confirmed they have not reached an agreement with any club for the sale of goalkeeper Brad Jones," said a statement on their website. However, manager Gordon Strachan refused to confirm Jones would be in the squad for the trip to face Leicester on Saturday. "I've no idea, we'll pick a squad [on Friday] of available people," he said. "The big bonus is Jason Steele did terrifically well at Chesterfield."
