Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate is expecting strikers Mido and Tuncay Sanlito leave the club within weeks. Neither the Egyptian nor his Turkish team-mate were involved in Wednesday night's5-0 friendly win at Dumbarton having been left behind on Teesside. Mido is a good fortnight behind the rest of the squad after failing to turn up for pre-season training until Monday this week, while Tuncay is nursing a back problem. However, Southgate is resigned to seeing both follow Stewart Downing out of thedoor at the Riverside Stadium. 'We know that Mido would like to move on in an ideal world - as would Tuncay - and I'm sure those deals will happen,' said Southgate. 'But that doesn't take care of itself. It is something I have to deal with, but while I'm here, my focus is on the players who have come on this trip.'
