Middlesbrough new boy Marcus Bent has urged his team-mates to focus on the positives as they attempt to get their promotion charge back on track.[LNB]The Teessiders slipped out of the Coca-Cola Championship play-off places as a result of Saturday's 1-0 home defeat by Plymouth in Gordon Strachan's first game as manager.[LNB]However, experienced loan signing Bent, 31, is confident Boro can get back to winning ways as they prepare for Saturday's trip to Crystal Palace.[LNB]He said: "A lot of teams are going to come here, sit back and counter-attack because it's a massive club with a lot of quality players.[LNB]"I can see we have got good wingers, good midfielders and a strong back four, so there are lots of positives.[LNB]"Negatives will be raised, but it's a long season and a very hard season. A lot of people will try to jump on our backs, so we have got to stick together."
