Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate admits he has had a battle on his hands lifting his players after their critical derby defeat at Newcastle. Southgate said: 'I've reminded them of their professional obligations. 'Everyone is our player until their contracts run out or we decide to accept an offer for them.'
