Ayling available for Plymouth clash Yeovil manager Terry Skiverton welcomes Luke Ayling back from suspension for the visit of Plymouth. Ayling has now served his one-match ban after being sent off against Sheffield Wednesday and returns to the Glovers squad. Skiverton will have to decide whether to recall Ayling or keep Jean-Paul Kalala in defence after he returned to the side in Saturday's win at Brentford. The versatile Adam Virgo serves the second match of his three-game suspension, while on-loan Norwich striker Oli Johnson should keep his place in the side after scoring the first goal against Brentford. Defender Craig Alcock has been struggling with a back injury and missed the game against the Bees but after returning to training, he could feature against the Pilgrims. Plymouth manager Peter Reid is set to be without Joe Mason once again. The striker, who rejected a move to Swindon, has missed the last two games with an ankle injury he picked up in the win at MK Dons and is struggling to be fit, with Saturday's game against Brentford likely to be a more realistic target for the youngster. Defender Onismor Bhasera, whose talks with Blackpool over a possible loan move broke down, is unlikely to play against the Glovers as he is struggling with a knee injury. Striker Rory Patterson was withdrawn four minutes from the end of the defeat to Bournemouth with a knock but should be fit to feature at Huish Park.

Glovers steal march on Pilgrims Yeovil claimed West County bragging rights over neighbours Plymouth with a 1-0 victory at Huish Park. The two struggling sides battled out a goalless draw a month ago and once again found goals hard to come by. Argyle had the better of the first half but impressive goalkeeping from Stephen Henderson kept out the dangerous Rory Fallon. Yeovil returned everything thrown their way and grabbed the vital breakthrough after 66 minutes. A right-wing corner from Andy Walsh was partially cleared back to him and his second attempt was knocked in from 12 yards by Andy Williams. A wonderful save from Henderson then denied Stephan Zubar and kept Yeovil in front. And then deep into stoppage time Argyle's Yannick Bolasie was sent off for a bad foul on Henderson.
