Huntington banned for Glovers Yeovil will continue to be without suspended captain Paul Huntington for their npower League One clash with Colchester at Huish Park. Huntington serves the third match of a four-game ban for the visit of the U's, and recent signing Richard Hinds is set to continue to fill in for the Glovers skipper in the heart of defence. Manager Gary Johnson will be unable to call on full-back Joe Edwards, who has returned to his parent club Bristol City for the time being because of injury, but otherwise Yeovil have a full bill of fitness as they look to build on the 3-2 win at Wycombe in midweek. On-loan Reading midfielder Lawson D'Ath will be hoping to keep his place in Johnson's starting XI after making his full debut for the Somerset side at Adams Park. Steven Gillespie is likely to have played his way into Colchester's starting line-up. The striker scored the U's only goals in their games at Scunthorpe and Chesterfield only to be dropped for the 1-0 win at Leyton Orient prior to the recent cold snap. Gillespie was again named among the substitutes for Tuesday's clash with Brentford but responded in the best way possible by stepping off the bench to bag a late brace and clinch a 2-1 triumph, staking his obvious claim for a recall. Elsewhere, manager John Ward is not expected to have any new injury or suspension problems. Winger Ashley Vincent (hamstring) and defender Matt Heath (groin) continue to increase their fitness work and push for a place in United's matchday squad having both returned to full training. Forward Gavin Massey, on loan from Watford, spent the first half of the season with this weekend's opponents, bagging a brace for the Glovers in a 2-2 draw between the two sides in October's reverse fixture.

Glovers edge five-goal thriller Yeovil came from behind to see off Colchester 3-2 and provide a huge boost to their survival hopes. The U's showed their pedigree in the first half and duly went ahead after 19 minutes when Martin Rowlands fed Steven Gillespie on the right and the striker cut in to fire past Sam Walker for his fifth goal in five games. And that was how it remained until Yeovil's revival began after 55 minutes. A great throughball by on-loan midfielder Lawson D'Ath sent fellow loanee Dean Parrett clear and he slipped the ball past goalkeeper Ben Williams. It was D'Ath who put Yeovil ahead after 70 minutes, following up after Jon Obika's shot was beaten out, and two minutes later Andy Williams made it 3-1 with a close-range finish from Gavin Williams' left-wing corner. In a dramatic finale Yeovil brought on substitute Kieran Agard after 88 minutes and he was quickly sent off in stoppage time for a two-footed tackle on Rowlands. And there was still time for Rowlands to smash the resulting free-kick into the top corner from 30 yards.
