Betsy worry for Wycombe Wycombe winger Kevin Betsy is a doubt to face Rotherham in the top-of-the-table clash at Adams Park. The former Southend wideman picked up a groin injury in winning a penalty at Lincoln last weekend and is a doubt to face the Millers. On-loan Swansea midfielder Scott Donnelly came off the bench to replace Betsy last week and is contention for his first start in the league since completing his move over the New Year. Striker Jon-Paul Pittman made his return from a ruptured knee tendon which had kept him out since September in a Senior Cup game in midweek but the game will come too soon for him. He could feature in the next few weeks to boost the Chairboys' promotion push. Matt Bloomfield is in line to make his 250th appearance for the club while fellow midfielder Stuart Lewis is available for the final game of his current loan spell from Dagenham. Manager Ronnie Moore could be tempted to make changes to his Rotherham line-up. Second meets third at Adams Park, and Moore will ponder his starting XI after watching his side suffer their first defeat in nine against Southend last week - a result that allowed Wycombe to leapfrog the Millers in the table. Ryan Cresswell remains the only injured party in the Millers camp as he recovers from a broken collarbone, but Moore hopes he could have his skipper back in two weeks. Danny Coid has returned to Blackpool after the end of his loan spell due to an injury and Moore will look to resurrect a deal in the summer. On his selection, Moore told Press Association Sport: "There are one or two players who aren't playing to the best of their ability at the minute and it happens. "It might be the time for one or two to come out of the side to get better again."

Ainsworth keeps Chairboys on track Gareth Ainsworth's first-half header was enough for Wycombe to cement their place in the automatic promotion places in League Two as they saw off promotion rivals Rotherham 1-0. The Chairboys' veteran captain connected with substitute Danny Foster's cross to settle a hard-fought contest that saw Millers midfielder Jason Taylor sent off in stoppage time for kicking out at Stuart Beavon. Wycombe started the brighter and came close to opening the scoring when Beavon collected Andy Sandell's lofted pass before his shot was kept out by Andy Warrington. But the Chairboys took a deserved lead after 28 minutes when Foster's superb cross from the left was headed into the far corner by Ainsworth. Wycombe goalkeeper Nikki Bull then produced an outstanding save to preserve his side's lead when he tipped Ryan Taylor's header from Nicky Law's cross onto the bar. Wycombe then struck the woodwork themselves when Beavon found Kevin Betsy and his low shot across Warrington came back off the post and Jason Taylor's red card sealed the visitors' fate.
