Bloomfield blow for Wanderers Wycombe will be without midfielder Matty Bloomfield for the visit of Accrington. Bloomfield pulled his hamstring after 28 minutes of the 3-2 defeat at Southend on Tuesday night and is set to be out of action for around a fortnight. Winger Kevin Betsy replaced Bloomfield at Roots Hall and is in line to start for Gary Waddock's side. Striker Jon-Paul Pittman scored at Southend on his first start since injuring his knee in September and he will keep his place if passed fit. Defender Chris Westwood missed the trip to Essex with a groin injury and is still out so Alan Bennett will keep his place, while left-back Andy Sandell is still sidelined with a knee injury that is expected to keep him out for a minimum of six weeks. Waddock stated after seeing his side concede a last-minute winner that he would be making changes so the likes of Danny Foster, Gareth Ainsworth and Ben Strevens could all come in. Accrington defender Leam Richardson is manager John Coleman`s only absentee. Richardson made only his fourth start in two years against Stevenage on February 5, before picking up a groin strain which caused him to miss the 2-0 defeat to Rotherham on Tuesday. He will undergo a scan next week to determine the extent of the injury. Midfielder Jimmy Ryan was struggling with a hamstring problem prior to the Millers game but made the starting line-up and, after coming through 90 minutes unscathed, he should retain his place. On-loan Burnley defender Kevin Long, who made an unexpected return to the bench in midweek following a broken toe, will be looking to play some part against Wanderers. Midfield duo Ray Putterill and Sean McConville are pushing for starts after coming off the bench in midweek.
