Wolves sweat on Sigurdarson injury Wolves will assess Bjorn Sigurdarson ahead of their home clash against bottom club Peterborough on Boxing Day. The Icelandic wide man missed Friday night's 2-1 win at Blackpool as a precaution having felt tightness in his thigh, and Wolves' medical staff must now decide whether to risk him against Posh or give him an extra couple of days to recover. Nathaniel Knight-Percival shrugged off an ankle injury to keep his place in the heart of defence. Kgosi Ntlhe, Peter Grant and Tyrone Barnett remain long-term absentees. Kane Ferdinand and Craig Alcock came off the bench to feature on Saturday but will again be made to settle for places among the substitutes.
