Match Report
A superb performance from the Swans handed League leaders Wolves a second heavy defeat in four days.
Garcia Jordi Gomez started it off after just 25 seconds and, although Andy Keogh levelled in the 16th minute, a Jason Scotland double gave the Swans a convincing victory.
Robert Martinez made three changes to his starting line-up and the Swans scored with their first attack of the game.
Angel Zaragoza Rangel moved the ball up the right flank and Andrea Orlandi turned it into the danger area where Gomez found the space to slot past Carl Ikeme in the Wolves goal.
An opportunist strike by Keogh levelled the scores when he gathered a pass from David Edwards, evaded three tackles and stroked the ball beyond Dorus de Vries in the Swansea goal.
The Swans had the ball in the net in the 33rd minute through Gomez but a late flag for offside ruined home celebrations.
That spurred on the Swans and an Orlandi corner was touched on by Darren Pratley to Scotland who thudded a header against the visitors crossbar.
Two minutes later they went ahead again when Mark Gower slipped a pass into Gomez. He released Scotland and the Trinidad and Tobago international burst past Ikeme to find the net.
Wolves brought on Sam Vokes in the 52nd minute and he forced a great save from de Vries with his first touch.
Scotland added his second and Swansea's third in the 57th minute. Receiving the ball from Pratley he turned David Edwards before rifling home into the left-hand corner.
The abrasive Swansea striker should have claimed his hat-trick eight minutes later but he failed to get a touch to a Gower cross when unmarked and just three yards out.
Wolves tried to work their way back into the game but it was the Swans that looked the more dangerous as they thoroughly deserved a convincing victory.
