The game is starting to open up and this could suit Portsmouth who have struggled so far to fashion many chances to get back on level terms.

Good start to the half from the home side. They are looking the more lively in possession and look to be comfortable with their 1-0 lead.

West Ham should have doubled their lead. Parker got into the box but was well tackled by Ben Haim. The ball was put back into the Portsmouth area, Kaboul missed his clearance and Collison somehow dragged his shot wide.
