Forsyth returns for Albion
Stirling Albion include Ross Forsyth for the visit of an East Stirling side that sit just one place above them at the foot of the table.
Defender Forsyth has returned to Forthbank after 18 months away at Morton and Dumbarton, while goalkeeper David Crawford is also included after joining from Montrose.
Gary Thom is suspended and Bradley Coyne remains out with a knee injury.
Keeper Mark Peat as well as strikers Andy Hunter and Gary Brass have been released.
Manager Grieg McDonald said: "I believe that our squad for the second half of the season is much stronger.
"Hopefully we can show that against East Stirling and move to within two points of them with two games in hand."
East Stirling include former Alloa and Stranraer striker Max Wright as a trialist for the second time.
The Shire are without five players as Paul Quinn is still suffering from chickenpox, with ankle injuries keeping out Nathan Shepherd, Jordan Holt and Philip Zufle, while Rhys Devlin has a knee injury.
Head coach John Coughlin knows that they will be facing motivated opponents.
He said: "Stirling will be going all out for the win that will pull them closer to us.
"However, we want to climb the table and if we can show the same spirit we showed in the 2-2 draw at Montrose we will do okay."
