Match Preview
Westley to stick with same side Stevenage manager Graham Westley is unlikely to make changes for the visit of Bradford as he looks to guide his side to a sixth consecutive win. Left-back Scott Laird could return to the side after recovering from the Achilles injury he sustained in the 2-0 win over Burton. With a fully-fit squad to choose from and no suspension worries, midfielder Darren Murphy is set to continue in midfield. The 25-year-old broke his leg in August but returned to the side earlier this month and has featured in the last three matches. Goalkeeper Joe Welch is likely to be named on the bench after joining on loan from Blue Square Bet Premier side Histon. A Gareth Evans penalty handed Bradford the points when Stevenage made the trip to Yorkshire in August. Bradford midfielder Jon Worthington will return to the squad following suspension. The former Huddersfield skipper, who missed last Saturday's home defeat to Shrewsbury, is back in the reckoning following a one-game ban. Central defender Luke Oliver could make a surprise return to the squad after a hamstring injury sustained in the recent home draw with Northampton was expected to keep him out for at least three weeks. Goalkeeper Lenny Pidgeley proved his fitness for the reserves in midweek after missing two games with a thigh injury but Jon McLaughlin has been in fine form in his absence and could retain his place in the starting line-up. Winger Kevin Ellison remains doubtful due to a thigh injury while young striker Darren Stephenson is hoping to retain his place on the bench after making his debut last week.

Match Report
Stevenage march continues Stevenage hung on to register their sixth straight victory and keep themselves firmly in the League Two promotion picture with a 2-1 defeat of Bradford. Stevenage were good value for their half-time lead at Broadhall Way. City's Tom Adeyemi showed up well early on as his well-struck shot was saved by Chris Day. The hosts responded though, with Scott Laird and Stacy Long both trying shots from long range which flew narrowly wide. The breakthrough came in the 37th minute as Steve Williams upended Long in the box and referee Brendan Malone pointed to the spot. Up stepped John Mousinho to comfortably beat Jon McLaughlin. Darius Charles almost made it two, but McLaughlin saved well. After Charles had again gone close to a second for Stevenage, it was City who levelled in the 72nd minute. David Syers pounced from close range after latching onto Gareth Evans' near-post corner. However, the hosts went back in front just five minutes later as Charles fired home from 12 yards.
