Match Preview
Sharps back for Shrews Shrewsbury skipper Ian Sharps hopes to come back into full contention for the visit of Barnet. Sharps returned as an unused substitute for last Friday`s 3-0 defeat at Southend having missed the previous two matches with a calf injury. The centre-back suffered some minor ill-effects during training on Monday and was briefly forced back to the sidelines before returning alongside his team-mates on Thursday. Should he not experience any further problems then he will be available for selection. Striker Tom Bradshaw misses out due to international duty with Wales` Under-21s. Reuben Hazell is looking at around four months on the sidelines after scans showed a torn cruciate ligament in his knee, although he does not require surgery. Fellow defender Carl Regan returned to training on Thursday after a lengthy absence with a calf problem but he is short of match practice. Danny Senda could return for Barnet but boss Lawrie Sanchez still has problems in defence. Right-back Senda is hoping to be fit after a fortnight out with a hamstring injury, but left-back Jordan Parkes and centre-half Darren Dennehy are doubts. Parkes missed Tuesday night's Johnstone's Paint Trophy win at Gillingham with an ankle injury and Dennehy was a late withdrawal due to a chest infection. Sanchez could recall striker Steve Kabba, who was rested in midweek, and also has a goalkeeping dilemma after Liam O'Brien got a rare chance ahead of regular number one Dean Brill and impressed with a string of fine saves. Forward Ricky Holmes remains on the sidelines after he suffered concussion during last weekend's 2-1 defeat by Northampton.

Match Report
Bees stung by late Shrews winner Lionel Ainsworth grabbed a dramatic winner for Shrewsbury three minutes into stoppage time to sink brave Barnet's battlers 3-2. The lowly Bees hit back from 2-0 down at the interval to pull level but were left empty-handed when Ainsworth stabbed home from close range after Barnet failed to deal with Joe Jacobson's last-gasp fee kick. Shrewsbury had earlier broken the deadlock in the 31st minute with a goal of real quality. Terry Gornell provided a telling through-ball from the centre circle and midfielder Matt Richards burst clear to fire his shot beneath advancing goalkeeper Liam O'Brien. Graham Turner's high-fliers doubled their advantage three minutes before the break, with Gornell accepting an easy chance eight yards out after Barnet captain Daniel Leach failed to clear a right-wing cross from Ainsworth. Barnet were much better in the second half and cut the arrears in the 68th minute, Ricky Holmes tapping home after a poor defensive header from Shane Cansdell-Sherriff caught out his own keeper Chris Neal. Lowly Barnet then deservedly levelled eight minutes from time when the lively Mark Marshall cracked a 20-yard shot beyond Neal into the far corner of the net. But then Ainsworth popped up with his decisive strike to seal a seventh win in nine league games for Shrewsbury.
