Hill contemplating changes Rochdale boss Keith Hill has no injury or suspension concerns but may shuffle his pack for the home clash with Peterborough. Dale, promoted from League Two only last May, have lost four of their last five games to disappointingly slip to eighth in the League One table - six points adrift of the top six with two games remaining. Their play-off hopes are effectively over, but Hill is looking for his men to bow out at Spotland on a high in their final home game of the season. During the 3-1 defeat to Charlton on Easter Monday, Brian Barry-Murphy and Will Atkinson replaced Matt Done and Nicky Adams respectively. Done, Adams and striker Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro could earn starting roles. Peterborough manager Darren Ferguson could recall a host of first-team players. Ferguson made seven changes for the 2-2 draw with Yeovil on Monday to rest some tired legs but is likely to bring the likes of Craig Mackail-Smith, George Boyd, Joe Lewis, Grant McCann and Ryan Bennett back into the side. Posh have already booked their place in the play-offs but will be looking for two more wins to secure home advantage in the second leg. Right-back Mark Little is out with his ankle problem and left-back Grant Basey is likely to be missing for a couple of weeks with a knee injury. Former Dale full-back Tom Kennedy only has a slight chance of being involved in the play-offs after damaging his knee ligaments in the recent win at Dagenham.

Dawson leaves Spotland in style Craig Dawson bid farewell to Rochdale with an 87th-minute equaliser to earn a 2-2 draw against Peterborough at Spotland. The Dale defender, signed by West Brom last summer and immediately loaned back to Keith Hill's team, signed off in style to earn his hometown club a point when he bundled home Joe Widdowson's cross-cum-shot. Rochdale raced out of the blocks with a goal after just 14 seconds when Joe Lewis collected a Gabriel Zakuani backpass and miscued his clearance straight to Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro, who steadied himself before side-footing into the top corner of the net. It was almost 2-0 when Matt Done cut infield, drifted past Zakuani and beat Lewis with a low drive but his shot thumped the foot of the post. The visitors went close with Lee Tomlin testing Owain Fon Williams with a 15-yard effort and later sending a diving header wide after meeting James Wesolowski's cross. Darren Ferguson's side levelled in first-half stoppage time when Grant McCann's corner was headed home by Nathaniel Mendez-Laing and took the lead early in the second half when Tomlin side-footed home George Boyd's pull back. But Dawson's close range finish earned the hosts a deserved share of the points.
