Same again for Dale Rochdale boss Keith Hill has no injury or suspension concerns ahead of the home clash with Bristol Rovers. Hill made two changes to his starting line-up for Saturday's 1-1 draw at Swindon with Brian Barry-Murphy and Will Atkinson recalled in place of Josh Thompson and Nicky Adams. New signing Robbie Williams, who joined Dale from Stockport last week on a short-term contract until the end of the season, was an unused substitute at the County Ground. Hill's men were denied victory against the Robins when Elliot Benyon found the net two minutes into injury time on his debut to salvage a point for Danny Wilson's struggling side. Yet Hill said: "I was really pleased with the performance, the energy and the tactics." Rovers manager Dave Penney has a doubt over Chris Lines. The 25-year-old midfielder returned from suspension in the 4-2 defeat against Brighton at the weekend but suffered a kick on his toe and will face a late fitness check before the game. Central defender Dave McCracken and captain Stuart Campbell also face a race against time to be fit following hamstring problems. The pair both limped out of the 2-1 defeat to MK Dons last week and subsequently missed the defeat at table-topping Brighton. Elsewhere, striker Jo Kuffour and midfielder Ben Swallow will be hoping for a recall to the starting line-up following their late substitute appearances against the Seagulls.

Late goals give Dale win Bristol Rovers were condemned to a fourth successive defeat as Jean Louis Akpa Akpro and Matt Done fired stoppage-time goals to hand Rochdale a 3-1 victory at Spotland. The hosts edged ahead when Craig Dawson met Nicky Adams' freekick in the 72nd minute to head home. Their advantage appeared to be boosted when Dave Penney's side were reduced to 10 men, Cian Bolger dismissed soon after Dawson's effort for his second bookable offence. But Will Hoskins demonstrated exactly why he is attracting interest from Championship clubs when he gathered Rene Howe's pass and fired wide of Owain Fon Williams in the Dale goal. The 10 men looked on course for a point until Akpa Akpro fired home from a tight angle and their disappointment was compounded when Chris O'Grady released Matt Done and he rounded Luke Daniels before slipping the ball into an empty net. Owain Fon Williams had earlier kept out Rene Howe's drive with a fine instinctive save while Hoskins had fired over after turning sharply in the area.
