Hill misses out again
Raith defender Dougie Hill is banned for the fourth game running and misses out against promotion-chasing visitors Partick.
The Fifers will also be without on-loan Hearts winger David Smith through a hamstring injury as they look to get the better of the Glasgow side after two close matches this season.
Rovers' boss Grant Murray said: "In the first meeting here we led until injury time and it felt like a defeat when Thistle scored an equaliser.
"We then scored two goals at their home but lost 3-2 to a late goal so we are due to slice of better fortune.
"We gave a good account of ourselves against Celtic in the Scottish Cup last weekend and we will look to build on that to win this one."
Partick interim player-manager Alan Archibald welcomes back Stephen O'Donnell.
O'Donnell made his debut for Scotland Under-21s in midweek, his first action in six weeks following an ankle injury.
Steven Lawless, who fractured a cheekbone recently, ia the only absentee.
Archibald said: "I am delighted to have Stephen available as this will be a really tough game on a very heavy surface.
Raith will look to attack us as they have done in the two games between us already this season. We need to be ready to fight for everything as they have strong defenders and very good strikers."
"Will David Moyes be able to turn it around at Ma..."
