However, they will need to do so without defender Jamie Brough, who is unavailable through work commitments.
Winger David Murray is struggling with an ankle injury so Peter Bradley will keep his place in the Spiders squad.
Head coach Gardner Speirs said: "This is a really big game for both sides. If we can win we know we can move into second place if we then go on to win our game in hand.
"We need to improve on our performance against Berwick in midweek but one thing I cannot complain about is the players' spirit which got us a point in that game."
Stranraer have a fully-fit squad for the trip.
The Blues are looking for a first success over Queen's this season.
Manager Keith Knox said: "This would be a great game to win as, with the emergence of Elgin, none of the four teams at the top of the table is even guaranteed a play-off place.
"There are five sides now competing for four prizes including the title, so I am looking for us to win this one and to keep the pressure on Alloa.
"It won't be easy as in my near 30 years in football I can never remember an easy game against Queen's Park as they just continue to come at you regardless of the scoreline."
