Capuano misses dress rehearsal
Queen's Park face Peterhead just four days before the sides meet again in the promotion play-offs without midfielder Giuseppe Capuano.
Capuano is suspended after his dismissal against Montrose last weekend, while Ricky Little remains sidelined due to a broken bone in his foot and Blair Spittal misses out through illness.
But goalkeeper Neil Parry and Jamie Brough could both return after respective ankle injuries.
Head coach Gardner Speirs said: "This game has a fair amount at stake as both sides will want to say that they finished as runners-up with home advantage in the second leg also up for grabs.
"Whoever wins could also claim to have a psychological advantage for the play-offs, so it's important that we do well in this meeting."
Peterhead will be without suspended striker Rory McAllister, but manager Jim McInally has both Bryan Gilfillan and Ryan McCann available following injuries.
Callum MacDonald and Davie Ross remain sidelined following respective knee operations and Martin Bavidge is missing due to a hamstring problem.
McInally, whose side are chasing an eighth successive win, said: "There's no point in changing the team as we meet each other in midweek as we have a lot of momentum with us just now and do not want that to stop.
"As soon as Rangers were placed in the Third Division we said that our objective was to finish second and a win or a draw at Hampden means that we have secured that."
