Brough back for Montrose match
Queen's Park welcome back defender Jamie Brough from work commitments and he looks set to start against Montrose at Hampden, as the Spiders aim to bounce back from successive 2-1 defeats at the hands of Peterhead and Alloa.
Winger David Murray and experienced hitman Tony Quinn should be available after injury, but Paul Stewart remains absent due to his work commitments.
Head coach Gardner Speirs said: "From the reports I was provided with, Montrose did really well against Annan last week and that shows you how good a side they are.
"They have dangerous strikers that we will need to control and our front men will need to be at their best to ensure we take the three points we need to consolidate our play-off place."
Montrose will be without Dougie Cameron and Terry Masson through suspension.
The Gable Endies will also be missing the injured duo of Paul Lunan and David Di Milta, but manager Ray Farningham has added Arbroath's Kevin Brown on loan and the Links Park boss has also brought in players from the club's youth team to bolster his numbers.
Farningham said: "Our record against Queen's Park has been poor over recent seasons and this game is as good as any to put a stop to that.
"The boys showed last week against Annan, and against Alloa the week before, that they can compete against the top sides in this league and it would be good for that endeavour to be rewarded with a win."
