Queen's Park focused only on play-off push
Second-placed Queen's Park host Elgin at Hampden with head coach Gardner Speirs admitting he wants three points to boost his own side's promotion push as opposed to delaying a Third Division title party for Rangers.
Victory for the Spiders would put Rangers' inevitable title triumph on hold for a little longer, mathematically at least, regardless of the runaway leaders' result at third-placed Montrose.
Ricky Little and Michael Keenan are suspended for the clash while Allan Urquhart is sidelined with a knee injury, although the long-serving Tony Quinn is fit again after a hip problem.
Speirs said: "We need to get the win to keep pushing towards a play-off spot. We have done well to get where we are but nothing has been achieved yet.
"The title situation will take care of itself and my only concern is ensuring we win this one against a side who will be determined to get into the mix themselves."
Elgin head to Hampden with a major doubt hanging over the fitness of midfield playmaker Daniel Moore as he struggles with a knee injury.
Dennis Wyness continues to be out with a hamstring problem and Lewis Halford's calf injury keeps him on the sidelines, however Paul McMullan and Ross McKinnon are available after injury.
Elgin boss Ross Jack said: "Daniel is not fully fit just now but he will travel down and we will look to have him involved at some point as he is such a key player for us.
"We still have a chance of making the play-offs and winning at Hampden would help keep that chance alive. They are a good side but we have done well there in the past."
"Who will win the PL title this season - 2013/14?"
