Queens Park head coach Gardner Speirs will be without midfielder Michael O'Hara when in-form East Stirling visit Hampden.
Speirs will also be without injured trio Jamie Brough, Tony Quinn and Graeme Eaglesham.
However, veteran Andy Millen will feature again after a successful trialist appearance for the Spiders at Annan in midweek.
Speirs said: "Four wins in a row would be a great achievement, however East Stirling are going for six in a row so it will be far from an easy game.
"We will need to play as well as we did when we won down at Annan in midweek to take anything from the game."
East Stirling have a full squad to choose from as they head to Hampden in their best form of the season and the Shire's attention to the game will not be diverted by any jealous eyes cast in the direction of Buckie Thistle's Scottish Cup tie with Brechin City.
Assistant head coach David Nicholls said: "We have said all we need to say about being removed from the competition and have moved on.
"We will look to have as positive an end to the season as we can by finishing as high up the table as we can.
Nicholls added: "We have not talked about how many games in a row we have won or anything like that and have just concentrated on one game at the time and this will be a tough game."
Record goes as East Stirling lose
East Stirling's 100% record in 2011 came to an end with a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Queen's Park at Hampden Park.
The result denied the visitors from picking up a sixth consecutive wins in all competitions.
East Stirling were forced into an early change when Dean Richardson was withdrawn with an injury.
Things quickly got worse for the visitors when David Murray opened the scoring for Queen's Park with a close-range strike.
The Spiders doubled their lead shortly afterwards through Michael Daly's shot from inside the six-yard box.
Daryll Meggatt came close to finding a third for Queen's Park but his 20-yard effort was caught by Michael Andrews in the East Stirling goal.
A 20-yard shot from Kevin Crawley flew inches wide and that was as close as the visitors came to pulling back a goal.
