Smith and Gallagher miss Hampden clash
Queen's Park striker Craig Smith misses the match with Clyde due to a thigh strain.
Centre back Paul Gallagher is also unavailable through work commitments.
Head coach Gardner Speirs said: "Clyde have made an extremely good start to the season so this will be a really tough encounter.
"We have enjoyed the break as we won our last game but that feeling will stop as soon as this one starts.
"We need to be prepared to battle hard for the three points as Clyde have plenty of reasons to want to win this game and keep their own good run going."
Clyde include new centre-back Craig Wedderburn in their squad for the trip.
The former Raith and Arbroath defender has agreed a short-term deal after impressing as a trialist against Annan recently.
The Cumbernauld side have seen their numbers for the trip to Hampden boosted by having Bryan Gilfillan, Steven Masterton and Stefan McCluskey available after shaking off knocks, but Ian Gray remains out.
Despite seven defeats in a row by their hosts, manager Jim Duffy is looking forward to the game.
He said: "If we want to beat Queen's Park then we simply have to play better against them.
"In those seven games I can only think of two where we did ourselves justice, but we have the chance to make amends now."
