Queen's Park without Quinn
Queen's Park look set to be without their midweek goal hero against visiting Berwick Rangers as Tony Quinn - who netted twice to turn defeat into victory at Albion Rovers - looks set to miss this game with a leg knock.
Hampden head coach Gardner Speirs has other absentees to contend with as the injured Craig Smith has been ruled out along with strikers Jamie Longworth and Graeme Eaglesham.
Speirs is determined that his side build on their Tuesday night triumph to get some more points on the board.
He said: "We have a platform to build on now but I do know this will be a tough game.
"Despite our result in midweek we need to play better than we did at Coatbridge as our win there had a touch of good fortune about it."
Berwick Rangers will be without injured wingers Fraser McLaren and Paul McMullan as Jimmy Crease's men look to recover from a 4-0 defeat from Arbroath last weekend.
Crease had hoped to freshen his side up by having two new signings in place for the trip to Glasgow, however his plans have been dashed.
He explained: "I have been working on a few things all week but there is nothing likely to happen before kick off.
"I am looking for us to bounce back from the Arbroath result and could have done with some fresh legs to do that.
"We will just get on with things and look to repeat our win in Glasgow from earlier in the season."
Queens up to seventh
Queens Park moved up to seventh in Division Three after a tight 1-0 victory against play-off chasing Berwick.
Defender Martin McBride scored the goal that sees the home side move above Montrose.
McBride finished inside the area on 72 minutes with a right-footed shot that was set up by David Anderson after good work down the left.
David Murray could and probably should have sealed the points late on when his effort inside the area flew wide.
As for the visitors, they offered little in the way of attack, with home keeper Adam Strain being largely untested ever since Andrew McLean's effort was parried in the first half.
The home side held on and are now eleven points clear of bottom club Clyde.
