Match Preview
Molyneux back from a ban Plymouth are boosted by the return of left-back Lee Molyneux from suspension ahead of their rescheduled home League One game against Brighton & Hove Albion. Molyneux, 21, returns from suspension while right-back Bondz N'Gala misses out following his dismissal just before half-time in the confidence-boosting 3-2 home win over Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday - Peter Reid's first home win since taking over as Pilgrims boss in the summer. Ahead of the clash, Reid said: "There's going to be one change obviously but I don't envisage many changes because of the performance on Saturday. "I don't like changing winning teams if I can help it." Reid admits he has options at right-back with Saturday substitute Marcel Seip, Karl Duguid and Chris Clark all in the frame as N'Gala's prospective replacement. Reid reports winger Yala Bolasie (ankle) is set to start training by the end of the week. Brighton have no new injury concerns ahead of the trip. Midfielder Alan Navarro is the only absentee as he continues his recovery from a cruciate injury. Captain Gordon Greer will be hoping to be involved after being left out of Saturday's goalless draw at Carlisle despite recovering from a calf problem. However, Tommy Elphick and Adam El-Abd look set to continue their partnership at centre-half following back-to-back clean sheets. Striker Ashley Barnes is also pushing to start against the club he left over the summer after a substitute appearance at the weekend. A victory in their game in hand would see the Seagulls climb to joint-top of the table alongside Huddersfield.

Match Report
Brighton fly high Gus Poyet's Brighton soared to second place in League One with a 2-0 win at Plymouth. The impressive Seagulls took a 22nd-minute lead after a foul by recalled right back Marcel Seip on Marcos Painter. Elliott Bennett's free-kick from the left was whipped in to the near post and helped on by Tommy Elphick past home keeper Romain Larrieu. Bennett was also provider - from another free-kick - as visiting skipper Inigo Calderon forced a goal-line stop from Larrieu in the 35th minute. The ball was scrambled clear but the relief was short-lived as former Plymouth striker Ashley Barnes, who joined the Seagulls from Argyle in summer, swooped to steer home a Bennett cut back from the by-line in the 43rd minute. Argyle had the better chances in the early spell with in-form winger Craig Noone flashing the ball across the face of goal with a pacy left-wing cross in the 18th minute. Two minutes later, from the right wing, Noone sent a dipping drive just over. At the start of the second half home boss Peter Reid introduced attacker Joe Mason for full back Onismor Bhasera. Argyle did their best to reduce the arrears with Rory Patterson sending a 25-yard free-kick just wide and striker Bradley Wright-Phillips crashing an angled shot into the side netting.
