Tudgay boost for Forest Marcus Tudgay will return to contention for Nottingham Forest when Brighton visit the City Ground. Tudgay missed the incredible 7-3 victory over Leeds in midweek through suspension after he was sent off against his former club Derby. The striker might have his work cut out to get back into the starting XI after Garath McCleary and Dexter Blackstock scored six goals between them at Elland Road on Tuesday night. The Reds reported no fresh injury problems following the Leeds game, although boss Steve Cotterill will check on the fitness of on-loan defenders Danny Higginbotham and George Elokobi. Both players have been nursing hamstring niggles recently and Cotterill will wait to see how they are before finalising his squad. Adam El-Abd, Gai Assulin and Sam Vokes have all been passed fit for Brighton. But winger Will Buckley remains a doubt after he missed the 2-0 midweek win over Derby through illness. Defender El-Abd was also sidelined with a virus on Tuesday night but he has recovered and Manchester City loanee Assulin has shaken off the groin injury which has kept him out of the last three matches. Striker Vokes limped off against Derby with a tight calf but he will also be available. Gonzalo Jara Reyes serves the second game of a three-match ban for his red card at Blackpool last weekend so Inigo Calderon, who opened the scoring against Derby, continues at right-back.
