Match Preview
Di Milta ruled out for Montrose Montrose winger David Di Milta will miss out against second-placed Queen's Park due to an ankle injury. The Gable Endies are looking to take three points off the Spiders for the first time since December 2005. But boss Ray Farningham is more interested in the present than the past. He said: "What has happened in the past is not really relevant to this game. "We have been on a disappointing run of results but the performance against Elgin on Saturday was better and we can build on that. "We've been disappointing against Queen's Park in our two performances against them so far this season at Hampden and I want us to show them that we are a much better side than we have shown so far." Queen's Park welcome defender Jamie Brough back into their squad following his return from work commitments. He could replace Darryl Meggat, who is suffering from a back problem. The Spiders could reach a season-high second place with a win, and head coach Gardner Speirs said: "We said on Saturday that if we defeated Stranraer we would have the chance of going second by winning at Links Park. "We have done the first part and hopefully we will now do the second but it will not be a case of just simply turning up. "This is our fourth game in 10 days and although we've done well against Montrose at our place, a midweek game on an artificial surface makes this a really tricky one."

Match Report
Queens leave it late to snatch points Jamie Longworth's last-minute goal was enough for Queens Park to see off 10-man Montrose at Links Park. Both sides were frustrated by fine goalkeeping performances in the first-half. Gary Wood was first to test visiting keeper Neil Parry but he was denied by a flying save in the opening stages. The Spiders were next to attack but Ian Watt's effort was acrobatically tipped over the crossbar by Michael Andrews. Parry was called into action again on the half-hour mark, producing a fine double save from Scott Johnston and then Wood. Chances were at a premium in the second half and the hosts were reduced to 10 men in the 74th minute when Paul Lunan was dismissed for his challenge on Watt. The hosts made the numerical advantage count in the final minute when Longworth fired home from substitute Owen Ronald's cross.
