Campbell to come back in Montrose player/manager Steven Tweed looks set to allow fit-again Alan Campbell take his place in the centre of the Links Park defence for the visit of Berwick Rangers. Goalkeeper Sandy Wood is unlikely to be risked after a month out with a broken finger, while defenders Fraser Milligan and Sean Fleming have been ruled out, along with the midfield duo Hugh Davidson and Terry Masson. Tweed is hoping his side can continue their good form at home. "We fought back from three down last week to keep our good recent record going and I am sure that his given Berwick plenty to think about," he said. Berwick goalkeeper Mark Peat will return from suspension for the clash. Fraser McLaren is unlikely to feature after missing training all week because of the flu, but midfielder David Greenhill is banned. Top scorer Darren Gribben is rated a doubt, although boss Jimmy Crease will give him until the last minute to prove himself, saying: "Darren is a very important player to us and I am hopeful he can make it." Crease is expecting a tough time of it in Montrose and has warned his men they will need to be at their best as they look to end a three-game winless run. Crease said: "We will need to get back to playing the way we were earlier in the season to take all three points from this one."

Tosh spot on for point A late Paul Tosh penalty earned Montrose a point in a 1-1 draw at home to Berwick. Striker Darren Gribben had given the away side the lead after 25 minutes with a crisp strike from 18 yards after being fed by Chris McLeod. Both teams struggled to create chances in a game that saw four Montrose and three Berwick players pick up yellow cards. The match turned in the 80th minute when Montrose were awarded a penalty for a foul by Jamie Ewart on Aaron Sinclair. Stephen Notman was booked for dissent as Tosh calmly slotted in the spot-kick. There were few chances in the closing stages as both sides settled for a point.
