Match Preview

No fresh problems for Robinson MK Dons have no new problems ahead of the visit of Carlisle. Manager Karl Robinson only has the usual post-match bumps and bruises to his players to contend with following the disappointment of the 1-1 draw at rivals Wycombe on Saturday, which saw the return from suspension of midfielder Stephen Gleeson. Defenders Gary MacKenzie and James Tavernier will remain on the sidelines with neck and knee problems respectively. Midfielder Luke Chadwick and strikers Dean Bowditch and Jabo Ibehre will be hoping to force their way back into Robinson's thinking and earn recalls to the starting line-up. Teenage forward Robert Hall will hope to be involved after making just one substitute appearance since joining the Dons from West Ham almost a fortnight ago. Carlisle manager Greg Abbott is also expected to choose from an unchanged squad. Abbott has no new injury or suspension worries and is not expected to make any changes as his side bid to extend their unbeaten run to six matches. Skipper Paul Thirlwell, who has missed the last seven matches due to a calf injury, and left-back Matty Robson, sidelined since early January with back trouble, are both still unavailable. Both players could give the Cumbrians' play-off push a boost by returning to contention for next Saturday's home game with Huddersfield. Abbott is likely to retain Danny Livesey alongside Peter Murphy in central defence, with Lubo Michalik again on the substitutes' bench, while striker Jordan Cook is pushing for a start after extending his loan spell for a second time last week.
