Match Preview
Lions hopeful over Henderson Darius Henderson could return to the Millwall squad for the visit of Leicester. The Lions' 19-goal top scorer has missed the last two matches with a calf injury but is edging closer to fitness. However, if Henderson is available he is likely to have to make do with a place on the bench due to the fine form of Harry Kane and Andy Keogh in his absence. Both were on target in the 2-0 win over Hull on Saturday while Tottenham loanee Kane grabbed the only goal at Portsmouth on Tuesday. Liam Trotter remains a doubt with a thigh problem and fellow midfielders Therry Racon (ankle) and Tamika Mkandawire (knee) are still out along with back-up goalkeeper Steve Mildenhall (ankle). Neil Danns' absence could be prolonged for Leicester. Danns is available again at The Den after completing a four-match suspension but a groin injury sustained in training is threatening to keep the midfielder on the sidelines. He will be monitored along with defender Lee Peltier and forward Paul Gallagher, who are nursing niggles following the back-to-back victories against Doncaster and Ipswich over Easter. Peltier has tight hamstrings and Gallagher a sore knee. Manager Nigel Pearson sent out an unchanged team at Ipswich on Monday but made two changes at half-time, bringing on fit-again midfielder Andy King and Gallagher. Veteran striker Steve Howard also made an impact from the bench later in the second half. King and Howard will be pushing for starts while defender Sean St. Ledger and striker Jeffery Schlupp are also options for Pearson. Victory would see Leicester in the play-off positions come 5pm on Saturday, provided Middlesbrough and Brighton fail to win and Cardiff lose.
