Wigan's third and final change as Antonio Valencia is replaced by Gary Teale.
City look to have given up the ghost and Wigan appear pretty happy to take the four goals and a crucial three points.
Another half chance for Wigan, but Camara's half-hit shot on the turn is straight at Weaver.
Barton is single handedly trying to at least add a bit of respectability to the scoreline, but after a fine run his shot is blocked by Baines on the edge of the area.
City very nearly pull a goal back through the hard-working Barton, but his curling free-kick from the edge of the box goes inches wide.
WIGAN ATHLETIC 4-0 MANCHESTER CITY (VALENCIA): It's four and another stunning goal from Valencia. Heskey plays the ball inside to Valencia and his angled drive flies into the far corner.
WIGAN ATHLETIC 3-0 MANCHESTER CITY (CAMARA): GOAL - CAMARA - Surely there's no way back now for City, after more poor defending sees Wigan grab a third. Baines pull back is poked home from six yards by Camara.
An early chance for sub Vassell, as he's played into the area and then drags his shot across the face of goal.
Another change from Stuart Pearce, as Darius Vassell returns from injury and replaces Matthew Mills.
Massive appeals from the City players and fans for a handball, as Dickov's cross hit Baines although the defender is only two yards away from the striker when the ball is struck.
Boyce keeps the ball in well down the right and Mills knocks it behind for a corner. Scharner gets his head on another cross and is unlucky as his attempt drifts a foot over the bar.

Wigan gets underway for the second half, looking for a similar start to the second half than they produced in the first.
Paul Jewell is forced into another change at half-time, with the injured Fitz Hall replaced by Andy Webster.
City make an attacking change at the break, with Paul Dickov replacing Dietmar Hamann.
HALF TIME: WIGAN ATHLETIC 2-0 MANCHESTER CITY: Two goals in the first four minutes, from Heskey and a Dunne (og), have put Wigan in the driving seat at the break. City have looked dangerous on the break but are lacking real confidence in front of goa
Dietmar Hamann is the first player into the book after a rash challenge on Boyce which earns him a yellow card from referee Phil Dowd.
Samaras barges Landzaat in the back in an ariel challenge on the edge the box but escapes a booking.
Another quick break from City and another Sinclair cross tries to pick out Corradi again at the back post, but he slips before he can get a volley in.
A bad miss from Corradi! Sinclair puts a right wing cross on his head, but the Italian's back post header is off target.
Another good bit of play from Kilbane down the left but there's nobody on the back post to convert his flighted cross and Jordan heads it behind. Kilbane's resulting corner whistles right across the six-yard box and inches away from a third goal.
Barton swings in another corner, this time from the right, but Dunne's powerful header is well over the bar.
It's the first change of the match and an injury forces Josip Skoko off the field and he is replaced by Denny Landzaat.
Barton swings a lovely free-kick fro the right edge of the Wigan area, but Heskey does well to deny Dunne a free header on goal.
A rare break for City, Trevor Sinclair swings in a cross from the right and Samaras' effort is blocked well by Boyce at the back post.
Wigan are winning the physical battle and the majority of the ariel challenges, this time Kilbane's header into the box won't quite fall for Camara and City hack it clear.
Corradi holds the ball up 30-yards from goal and tries a snap shot on the turn which dribbles well wide of Chris Kirkland's goal.
City are struggling in the final third, whenever they get anything going it is breaking down when it reaches Georgios Samaras and Bernardo Corradi.
Antonio Valencia skips past Jordan down the right and tries to thread a ball through to Camara on the edge of the box but Dunne gets in a last ditch interception.
The visitors look shell shocked and with so many youngsters in the team, this is a real test for Stuart Pearce and his side.
Wigan are threatening to hit City on the break and Paul Jewell's men create another half chance, but Henri Camara can't quite wrap his foot around the ball from the edge of the box and it drifts wide.
City appear to have finally woken up and create their first half chance, but Joey Barton's cross from the right is intercepted brilliantly by Arjan De Zeeuw and Boyce clears his lines.

Wigan make two changes from the side that lost to Manchester United last week, with Antonio Valencia and Josip Skoko replacing Gary Teale and Denny Landzaat.
Wigan boss Paul Jewell is convinced that Emile Heskey has got what it takes to win back his place in the England squad. And the £6million striker repaid the manager's confidence as he set the Latics on their way to their best Premiership win so far by smashing in his third goal of the season with just 63 seconds on the clock. But it was defensive mistakes that proved most costly to City, who were beaten 4-3 in the corresponding fixture last season. They were looking to find the cure to their travel sickness, having taken just one point on their travels, while Wigan's priority was to get clear of the relegation zone after a stuttering start to the season. City were still well below strength, but they had Darius Vassell back on bench and were further boosted by the return of goalkeeper Nicky Weaver after a back injury. They also gave debuts to teenagers Matthew Mills and Michael Johnson. Despite last week's home defeat against Manchester United, Paul Jewell refused to panic, and settled for just a couple of changes. Australian midfielder Josip Skoko got his first start, taking over from Denny Landzaat, and Antonio Valencia replaced Gary Teale. Former Hearts defender Andy Webster made his debut on the bench after his protracted move from Scotland. For Wigan it was a dream start, and an absolute nightmare for City who were two down inside the opening four minutes. The Latics took just over a minute to get off the mark with Heskey starting the goal spree. Emmerson Boyce supplied the cross from the right which took a slight deflection off Georgios Samaras and the former Liverpool striker crashed a shot past Weaver. That was bad enough for City, but it suddenly got a whole lot worse. They gave away a free-kick to the left of the area and Skoko arrowed it into the box. There seemed to be little danger but Blues skipper Richard Dunne was left red faced after he turned a header into his own net. Bernardo Corradi was on target with a header to signal the start of a spell of City pressure, but there was another anxious moment for the Blues when a Kevin Kilbane corner whistled across the face of goal after Weaver failed to cut it out at the near post. The visitors missed a terrific chance to pull one back when Trevor Sinclair picked out the unmarked Corradi with a great cross, but he put the header over the bar. Wigan were inches away from a third when the impressive Paul Scharner flicked a header just over, before City were furious to have a penalty appeal ignored with Paul Dickov leading the claims of handball against Leighton Baines. Vassell came off the bench and was desperately unlucky not to pull one back for City when his shot trickled just wide. But it became mission impossible for Stuart Pearce's men when Wigan conjured up two more goals in a three-minute spell. Kilbane's weighted pass was perfect for Baines as he raced into the box, and the left-back - another England tip - did well to turn it inside where Henri Camara beat Stephen Jordan to the punch. Wigan struck again when Valencia was allowed to race into the box and smash a fierce right footer past the helpless City keeper to hammer the final nail into the visitors' coffin.
