    Match Preview

Brisley set for Silkmen swansong Shaun Brisley is set to make his final appearance for Macclesfield when Plymouth visit Moss Rose. On Thursday night Town revealed they had agreed terms for Brisley to move to Peterborough on an initial loan ahead of a permanent move. However, the 21-year-old will be available to face Argyle, while fellow centre-back Nat Brown is missing through suspension. Forward duo George Donnelly (calf) and Ben Tomlinson (thigh) are expected to return and midfielder Sam Wedgbury is in contention after a hernia problem, but the Silkmen are still weighed down with a number of injury issues. Lewis Chalmers and Ross Draper are recovering from respective hernia and foot problems but remain on the sidelines, as do fellow midfield Dwayne Mattis and defender Paul Morgan (both ankle). Alex MacDonald could be in line for his full debut for Plymouth. MacDonald, on loan from Burnley, came off the bench to net the equaliser in the 2-2 draw with Southend in the Pilgrims' previous npower League Two outing. And the teenage striker will be hoping to oust either fellow loanee Juvhel Tsoumou or Nick Chadwick and earn himself a place in the starting XI. Manager Carl Fletcher, who has no new injury or suspension concerns, is likely to stick with a similar line-up to that which drew with the Shrimpers. However, midfielder Conor Hourihane and young forward Matt Lecointe are both pushing for recalls. Hourihane was among the substitutes last weekend while Lecointe was left out of the matchday squad altogether. Striker Warren Feeney could be out for as long as four weeks because of a calf injury.
