Tilson set for Imps bow Steve Tilson takes charge of Lincoln for the first time when Stockport visit Sincil Bank. The former Southend boss officially succeeded Chris Sutton as manager on Monday, despite agreeing to take the job last weekend and attending the Imps` defeat at Shrewsbury. Tilson could have Drewe Broughton available after the big striker played an hour for the reserves following a leg injury. However, teenager Kern Miller limped out of that reserve game with a hamstring injury leaving Tilson with only two fit centre-backs. Delroy Facey is still away on international duty with Grenada, while fellow forward Andy Hutchinson (broken foot) and defender Paul Green (thigh) also remain out. Stockport boss Paul Simpson will check on the fitness of several players. A number of Simpson's squad are nursing minor niggles but the County boss has no major concerns as his side seek to build on last weekend's home win over Barnet. Stockport picked up their first home victory since February after they battled back from a goal down to beat the Bees 2-1. Simpson handed a debut to on-loan Burnley striker Wes Fletcher and he looks set to continue up front alongside George Donnelly. Simpson said: "I thought George and Wes showed a good understanding up front. The two of them worked extremely hard and we've got to make sure we build on that now."

Match Report
Stalemate at Sincil Bank New Lincoln manager Steve Tilson saw his side fail to score for the sixth time in seven games after a 0-0 draw with Stockport. Stockport striker George Donnelly came closest to breaking the deadlock with an injury-time shot which was turned round the post by Lincoln keeper Joe Anyon. Lincoln started the better with winger Albert Jarrett going close with a deflected shot after just six minutes. Stockport keeper Matt Glennon made a point-blank save to deny Ben Hutchinson two minutes later, and the visitors nearly took the lead after 17 minutes when a Robbie Williams free-kick flew inches wide. Stockport continued to press, with a downward header from Paul Turnbull bouncing over the Lincoln bar, but County were forced to make a change when defender Danny Swailes was stretchered off after 32 minutes. A Tom Fisher header forced a good save from Anyon just before half-time, and Adam Watts did well to block a goal-bound shot from Stockport midfielder Adam Griffin after the break.
