Tilson pondering changes Lincoln boss Steve Tilson must decide whether to make changes for the visit of Oxford. The Imps lost 4-2 at Barnet on Saturday. Tilson could opt to alter things or name the same starting XI and give those players a chance to redeem themselves. Should Tilson make changes, fit-again Mustapha Carayol is likely to be among the inclusions. Scott Spencer, Pat Kanyuka, Ben Hutchinson, Paul Green and Jamie Clapham will also hope for recalls. Gavin Hoyte will remain sidelined. The full-back, who is on loan from Arsenal, faces around another week out after suffering a knee injury during the home defeat to league leaders Chesterfield. Clark Keltie is the only other definite absentee. The midfielder is still struggling with a thigh injury. Oxford boss Chris Wilder has no injury or suspension problems to contend with. The Us boss could name the same starting line-up despite Saturday's 2-0 defeat against Hereford after insisting he was pleased with his team's performance. Winger Asa Hall and strikers Tom Craddock and Steve MacLean are set to keep their places in the starting line-up despite being unable to break down the Bulls' defence. Wilder does have options if he decides to makes changes, with striker Alfie Potter, winger Simon Hackney and midfielders Josh Payne and Jack Midson waiting in the wings. A win against the the Imps could take Oxford into the npower League Two play-off places.

Own goals prove difference as Imps triumph Stuttering Oxford's play-off hopes suffered another blow as they went down 3-1 at Lincoln - their second defeat in four days. The visitors looked to have got back into the game after Steve MacLean netted from close range courtesy of a 40th-minute mistake from home keeper Trevor Carson, cancelling out Josh O'Keefe`s early opener, but it was not to be. Lincoln almost doubled their lead before Carson's blunder when top scorer Ashley Grimes shot inches wide. Oxford striker Tom Craddock saw a goalbound effort cleared off the line by Imps defender Adam Watts just after half-time. But it was Oxford's turn to self destruct with a horror five-minute spell in which they conceded two own goals under pressure from veteran striker Delroy Facey. Harry Worley hooked a 63rd-minute volley from Facey into his own net before Anthony Tonkin repeated the mistake four minutes later when he sliced a Facey cross past his stranded own keeper Ryan Clarke.
