Gallagher ready to roll with it Paul Gallagher will come back into the reckoning for Leicester when they host Doncaster. Gallagher has not played since the FA Cup tie at Chelsea in mid-March because of a knee injury but the Scot has resumed training and he is in contention. Fellow forwards Darius Vassell (knee) and Martyn Waghorn have also resumed training after injury. Former England international Vassell has played in a practice match but is not yet ready for a first-team return while Waghorn remains some way off full fitness. Midfielder Neil Danns will serve the third match of a four-game suspension. Midfielders Andy King and Richie Wellens are fit again and pushing for recalls along with veteran striker Steve Howard, teenage forward Jeffery Schlupp and defender Tom Kennedy. Doncaster boss Dean Saunders will make a late decision on a host of fitness doubts. Defensive duo Pascal Chimbonda (hamstring) and Shelton Martis (groin) are rated as "touch and go" by Saunders although both took part in training with the first-team squad on Thursday. They were joined on the Cantley Park pitches by on-loan West Ham striker Frederic Piquionne, who suffered a knock after opening the scoring in last Friday's 3-1 defeat to Birmingham. Brian Stock could return to the Rovers midfield after playing 45 minutes of a practice match against Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday as he steps up his recovery from a torn groin muscle. Habib Beye is set to continue in defence despite being hampered by an ankle problem, but Martin Woods (knee) and Habib Bamogo (hamstring) remain on the sidelines alongside long-term victim Tommy Spurr (broken hand). Rovers head into the Easter programme six points from safety at the foot of the npower Championship.
