Lynch set for more time on sidelines Huddersfield defender Joel Lynch will miss the home clash with Wolves due to a shin injury. Lynch missed the win at Birmingham prior to the international break and before that sat out a three-game ban following his dismissal in the victory at Sheffield Wednesday last month. Oscar Gobern, yet to appear for Huddersfield in the league this season, will be sidelined for a further three months after having ankle surgery, but fellow midfielder Oliver Norwood is expected to resume in the starting line-up following international duty in midweek with Northern Ireland, who drew in Portugal. On-loan striker Jermaine Beckford is expected to resume his partnership up front with James Vaughan, who struck the winner at Birmingham despite being troubled recently by a groin strain. Grayson has no other new injury or suspension problems as his side chase their fifth win in seven league matches. Wolves skipper Karl Henry will miss the trip through suspension. The midfielder was shown his fifth booking of the season in the 1-0 win at Blackburn - Wanderers' last game before the international break - and now serves an automatic one-match ban. Jermaine Pennant comes into contention for his debut following a three-month loan move from Stoke, with the winger brought in to help counter injuries to wide men Slawomir Peszko (knee), Razak Boukari (calf) and Stephen Hunt (hip). Striker Kevin Doyle trained on Thursday and will hope to be involved after a thigh injury forced him to miss the victory at Ewood Park as well as the Republic of Ireland's World Cup qualifiers against Germany and the Faroe Islands. Goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey is closing in on a place in Wolves' matchday 18 having pretty much completed his lengthy rehabilitation from a knee injury, but George Elokobi (ankle), Jamie O'Hara (hernia) and Steven Mouyokolo (knee) remain long-term absentees.
