Cod Army hopeful on duo
Fleetwood boss Graham Alexander will hope an extra day's rest can help Nathan Pond and Steven Schumacher recover from their injuries to face Accrington.
The pair had been slight doubts for Sunday's fixture at Wycombe with long-serving defender Pond struggling because of a hip injury and midfielder Schumacher nursing a groin strain.
However, that game was postponed 20 minutes before kick-off so the duo, who have missed the last two games, are likely to be back in the fray against Stanley.
Alexander's side have lost their last three games and have not scored during that time but on-loan striker Nathan Tyson, himself without a goal all season, has sat on the bench for the last two fixtures and will hope for one final start before returning to Blackpool.
James Beattie could contemplate changes for Accrington's fourth game in 12 days.
Stanley had Danny Webber back on the bench following his illness for their 1-1 draw against Southend on Sunday and the former Leeds and Sheffield United striker may be among those included in the starting XI.
Fellow forward George Bowerman came off in Accrington's most recent clash and was complaining of chest pains before kick-off but he should be ready to go again at Highbury.
Young goalkeeper Andrew Dawber should continue between the sticks while defender Rob Atkinson is back in the squad following a hamstring problem and could make his first outing since October for a side without a clean sheet in their last five outings.
