Well, Everton's first attempt comes in the form of a very speculative left-footed volley from a dropping ball about twenty-five yards from goal - It sailed well wide.

A passage of well controlled possession from Everton is very well defended by Stoke who force them back and in the end force an error and regin possession.

Again its Liam Lawrence causing Lescott problems as he turns inside and whips the ball in left-footed aimed at Fuller but Yobo was up to head clear for the visitors.

A long throw from Delap causing Howard some difficulty as he parries his attempted catch but it luckily falls back into his arms.

Everton certainly look to be out to win this one as both Lescott and Neville roam down the flanks overlapping and getting some joy but as of yet there is no end product from the final ball.
