The loose ball then ran for Neymar who looked certain to score but he fired wide under Cleverley's challenge - though some would argue the tackle from the Man United man merited another penalty.
Good save by Hart low down to his left, poor penalty from Ronaldinho. But the quality save came from the follow up as Hart somehow blocked Ronaldinho's second effort right on the line.

PENALTY TO BRAZIL
