Ramage heads to the Shire East Stirling are hoping to have the paperwork for a loan deal for Dumbarton striker Graham Ramage completed in time for him to be included against Montrose this weekend. Shire head coach John Coughlin is also working on bring Lewis Horner back to the club on loan from Hibernian, but Ryan Frances remains out through suspension. Coughlin said: "We have been operating with a squad of only 16 and, with Lewis leaving this week, it was time to try and increase the numbers. "Hopefully we can get him back as well. It would be great if we can kick-start the second half of games by repeating the win we had over Montrose on the opening league day of the season." Montrose welcome back defender Paul Lunan after a broken toe, while Alan Campbell is also looking to return after a groin injury. However, the Links Park outfit will be missing striker Sean Pierce, who has joined Albion, and winger David di Milta, who has an ankle injury, as they look to build on last Saturday's 4-0 success over Clyde. Manager Ray Farningham said: "Last week we lacked penetration throughout the first half but we were a lot better in the second half. "East Stirling may well be bottom but there is very little between them and a lot of other clubs in this Division so we need to be as good as we were in that 45-minute spell against Clyde to win."

Lurinsky at the double East Stirling's Alexander Lurinsky scored a brace in a 3-1 victory over Montrose at Ochilview Park. Lurinsky's low effort gave the hosts the lead after 38 minutes when he swept home from the edge of the box. The striker bagged his second from the penalty spot following Douglas Cameron's foul soon after half-time. Kevin Turner made it 3-0, heading in a Scott Maxwell cross inside the six-yard box. The visitors pulled a goal back through Jamie Winter's spectacular free-kick just four minutes later but it proved too little too late for the Gables Endies. The victory ends a run of six games without a win for the Shire but they remain rooted to the foot of the table.
