Cameron banned for derby
Cowdenbeath player-manager Colin Cameron will miss out on the Fife derby against Dunfermline.
Cameron is serving a one-match ban after receiving a caution on the pitch at Hamilton last Saturday and a caution off the pitch for dissent.
The Blue Brazil boss will give defender John Armstrong until Saturday lunchtime to prove his fitness after he missed training this week with a foot injury.
The attacking threat of Mark Ramsay and Greg Stewart will be missing due to ankle injuries with Liam Cusack still absent after knee surgery.
Cameron said: "Dunfermline, like ourselves, will be looking to bounce back after a disappointing result last weekend. We have only lost once in five games so we are not far away from the teams in this league."
Dunfermline midfielder Josh Falkingham is available after a one-game ban.
The versatile Andy Geggan is a major doubt with a groin injury and Shaun Byrne is in Cyprus with the club's youth team.
But Ryan Wallace and Andy Barrowman have overcome hamstring strains and are included.
Assistant-manager Gerry McCabe said: "We are looking for a positive reaction after losing to Airdrie last weekend.
"It was a disappointing day as we gave away poor goals and were wasteful in our finishing which is not a good combination for any team.
"This game has a bit of an edge to it as it is a local derby and that will help ensure everyone is good to go from the very first whistle."
