McCusker not able to take a stand
Clyde will host promotion-chasing Queen's Park without leading goalscorer Marc McCusker.
The striker will miss out through suspension, while Jamie McCluskey will need to pass a late fitness test before he can be included.
Manager Jim Duffy has already ruled out Ally Park, Alex Gramovics and Connor Stevenson through knocks.
A victory for the Bully Wee could ensure that they do not finish bottom of the table, a position they have occupied for most of the campaign and Duffy is keen to improve on.
"We have put together a good run of results and that is really important as my objective when I came was to improve things and we are doing that," Duffy said. "Queen's Park have a huge incentive to beat us and they are a good side."
Queen's Park will again be without Jamie Brough, Paul Harkins, Stephen Baillie, Michael O'Hara and David Murray as they look to move into a play-off spot.
Hampden head coach Gardner Speirs has therefore listed the same squad that defeated Albion Rovers last Saturday with the Spiders' man looking for another crucial win.
"It is a case of looking for more of the same and we will need to be at our best as Clyde have plenty to play for as well," he said. "We both have targets to aim for so it will be a highly competitive encounter."
"They are on a great run just now but we know what we need to do which is to win and then look at what the other results have been."
Queen`s moved into play-off places
Queen`s Park are on course to secure a play-off place after winning 2-0 at struggling Clyde.
The victory, their first away from home for four games, moves them into the final play-off place at the expense of Stranraer.
Top scorer Jamie Longworth put the visitors ahead in the 14th minute, meeting Martin McBride`s inswinging corner to head home for his ninth goal of the season.
Clyde nearly levelled seven minutes later, but John Stewart could only head over from close range following good work from Graham Girvan.
The hosts also went close to equalising in the 26th minute, Ross McMillan`s header forcing a good save from Queen`s Park goalkeeper Adam Strain following Jamie McCluskey`s dangerous outswinging cross.
Queen`s Park doubled their lead on 64 minutes, courtesy of McBride, who found the bottom corner with an impressive strike from outside the box to make the game safe.
