McColm has prior engagement
Clyde will secure a play-off place if they defeat Albion, however they are without the services of Stuart McColm who is getting married.
Iain Gray and Kieran MacDonald are both injury doubts and could miss out along with McColm.
Bully Wee manager Jim Duffy said: "We have done well all season but now we need to do really well in a game that is pivotal to our season. We had a good win at Montrose last week and we are now looking to build on it.
"We don't want to have to rely on other results so we will look to get into the play-offs under our own steam."
Albion will have Matthew McGinley in goal in place of the suspended Neil Parry as they look to keep their unbeaten run against Clyde this season intact.
Barry Russell is also missing due to a ban with Mick Dunlop (back), Mark McGuigan (ankle), Chris Dallas (knee) and David Crawford (hamstring) all out for the Coatbridge side as well.
Manager James Ward said: "We are a bit low on numbers but the team we send out will be looking to win the game.
"Clyde have done well this season but if they are kept waiting for their play-off place that is fine by me."
